["Preheat your grill or a griddle pan to medium-high heat.","Cut the firm tofu into 2cm cubes and pat them very dry with kitchen paper. Season lightly with salt and pepper.","Toss the broccolini with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet or directly on the grill.","Grill or pan-fry the tofu cubes until golden brown and crispy on all sides, turning regularly. This should take about 8-10 minutes. Set aside.","While the tofu is cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the gnocchi.","In a large frying pan or wok, heat the remaining 2 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium heat.","Finely chop the garlic and grate the ginger. Add to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.","Add the green curry paste to the pan and cook for another minute, stirring constantly, until fragrant.","Pour in the coconut milk, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well to combine, scraping any bits from the bottom of the pan.","Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.","Once the water is boiling, add the fresh gnocchi and cook according to package instructions (usually 2-3 minutes until they float). Drain well.","Add the drained gnocchi to the curry sauce and toss gently to coat.","Add the broccolini to the frying pan with the gnocchi and sauce. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the broccolini is tender-crisp and heated through.","Squeeze the juice of half a lime over the mixture and stir.","Serve the Thai green curry gnocchi topped with the crispy tofu cubes. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with the remaining lime wedges."]
