These terms govern your use of Mello at mello-meals.com and our apps. By creating an account or using Mello, you agree to them.
The service
Mello lets you save and generate recipes, plan meals, build shopping lists, and hand those lists to grocery partners to order. Features may change as we improve the product.
Your account
You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 16 to use Mello.
AI-generated content — please verify
Recipes, nutrition figures, and allergen labels may be generated or estimated by AI and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always check ingredients and allergens yourself before cooking or eating, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. Mello is not a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Mello: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and no importing content you don’t have the right to use. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Subscriptions & billing
Mello offers a free tier and a paid “Pro” subscription. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with notice.
Third-party services
Mello links to and relies on third parties (for sign-in, payments, and grocery ordering). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them.
Disclaimers
Mello is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that recipes, availability, prices, or deliveries from grocery partners will be accurate or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mello is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we’ll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
