- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g lamb mince

Shop these in one order
Mello puts these ingredients on one shopping list with the rest of your week, and anything two recipes share is added together. The list then goes to Sainsbury's in the UK or Careem Quik in the UAE.
Add to a shopping listHow the shopping list works β- Step 1
Mix flour, yeast, warm water, 15ml olive oil and pinch of salt in bowl. Knead 8 minutes until smooth. Cover, rise 30 minutes.
- Step 2
Heat remaining oil in pan. Finely chop onion and cook 3 minutes until soft.
- Step 3
Add lamb mince, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook 8 minutes, breaking up meat.
- Step 4
Dice tomato and add to pan. Cook 3 minutes until moisture evaporates. Cool slightly.
- Step 5
Preheat oven to 220Β°C. Divide dough in half, roll each into 20cm oval.
- Step 6
Spread lamb mixture down centre of each oval, leaving 3cm border.
- Step 7
Crumble feta over lamb. Chop parsley and sprinkle over.
- Step 8
Fold edges up to create boat shape, pinching corners. Brush edges with beaten egg.
- Step 9
Bake 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve immediately.
