Shop these in one order
Mello puts these ingredients on one shopping list with the rest of your week, and anything two recipes share is added together. The list then goes to Sainsbury's in the UK or Careem Quik in the UAE.
Add to a shopping listHow the shopping list works →- Step 1
Rinse red lentils and boil in 500ml water for 15 minutes until very soft and mushy. Drain well and let cool for 5 minutes.

- Step 5
Mash the cooked lentils with a fork, then mix with bulgur, diced onion, herbs, cumin, paprika, 3 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp salt.
- Step 6
Knead the mixture with your hands for 2-3 minutes until it holds together. Form into 9 small oval patties.
- Step 7

- Step 8
Dice cucumber into small cubes and season with salt and lemon juice.
- Step 9
Warm the tortilla wraps in a dry pan for 30 seconds each side.
