Shop these in one order
Mello puts these ingredients on one shopping list with the rest of your week, and anything two recipes share is added together. The list then goes to Sainsbury's in the UK or Careem Quik in the UAE.
Add to a shopping listHow the shopping list works β- Step 1
Make tahini sauce: whisk tahini with lemon juice and water until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Step 2
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add finely diced onion and cook for 3 minutes until softened.
- Step 3
Add minced garlic, cumin, coriander, and cayenne pepper, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 4
Add lamb mince and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, for 8-10 minutes until cooked through and browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 5
While lamb cooks, prepare vegetables: dice tomato and cucumber, thinly slice red onion, and chop fresh parsley.
- Step 6
Warm wraps according to package directions.
- Step 7
Assemble wraps: spread tahini sauce on each wrap, add spiced lamb mince, then top with tomato, cucumber, red onion, and fresh parsley.
- Step 8
Roll tightly and serve immediately.
